Dubai: A new report by the global real estate consultancy firm Knight Frank, which assesses the culture, education and the cost of living, finds that Dubai ranks number one with the highest ranking for education and an excellent score for the climate. The review identified Dubai as location top, coming first in 3 of the 4 categories. Mallorca and the Cayman Islands have followed in second common position, both achieving always everywhere.
