Egypt Unveils Rare Fossil Whale Museum

Cairo Egypt has unveiled the first museum in the Middle East dedicated to fossil that has an early form of whales, now disappeared, and known as "walking whale", the Associated Press reported.
Egypt has taken important security measures in the new museum, which is located in the desert valley of whales, about 170 kilometers (105 miles) southwest of the capital, Cairo.

The Whale Valley Museum is also home to prehistoric tools used by early humans and a variety of whale fossils on display in glass boxes corroborating the evolutionary transition of the first whales from land to water creatures.
