Kenya Muslims invite Christians to prayer on Friday
Nairobi: Setting an example of interfaith harmony, the leaders of Kenya Muslims welcomed their Christian counterparts during Friday prayers on 18 September in Nairobi Jamia mosque for the first time in the history of the country. "No human being has the right to dehumanize another human being just because he or she follows another religion," Sheikh Abdullatif Essajee, member of management of the Jamia mosque, said during Friday sermon, a standard digital reported.
