Cairo Interim President of Egypt swore in the first cabinet since the army ousted Islamist president, giving to members of the liberal movements of the country in key positions. The cabinet includes three women. The new government is led by Prime Minister Hazem El-Beblawi, an economist. Highlighting the relatively liberal outlook of the new government, President Adly Mansour has appointed three women to his cabinet, taking the powerful ministries of information and Health and the Ministry of Environment. The firm has 33 members, not including El-Beblawi. Most governments for decades have had the two most women in them. The cabinet does not include figures from Islamist parties
