council of former Muslims Visits Indonesia to support Companions Scholars
Abu Dhabi Members of a Board of senior Muslim scholars have stolen between Abu Dhabi and the Indonesian capital, Jakarta , to provide support to his fellow researchers in the city. Led by the Grand Imam of Al Azhar, Sheikh Ahmed el-Tayeb, the Muslim Council of Elders exchange ideas with hundreds of Indonesian researchers on how to bring out the true essence of moderate Islam to the masses. The initiative follows the projects carried out by the Council since its creation in Abu Dhabi in July 2014 as sending emissaries of peace in conflict areas. Members are 14 experts and researchers who aim to fight against extremism and promote Islamic peace. The elders also will share ideas and expertise with the heads of companies and Islamic students at universities and institutes
